WHEREAS, Muhammad Yahya S/o Muhammad Yasin (Brother) has applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property bearing Bungalow on Plot No. F-10/I, 5th Gizri Street, Phase-IV, measuring 1023 Sq. Yards Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in his favour on the basis of Letter of Administration in S.M.A No. 301 of 2017, dated 09/02/2018, issued by High Court of Sindh at Karachi being the only sole legal heir of (Late) Mr. Muzammal Yasin Siddiqui S/o Muhammad Yasin died on 21/04/2017 as per Death Certificate dated 12/05/2017. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person/persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his/her/their objection/objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarvar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained Dy.
