Division II(B), Karachi, execution duly admitted before the said Sub-Registrar have jointly gifted the immovable property viz. All that 23/32 undivided share in the piece and parcel of the Plot of Land bearing Sub-Plot No. XXI, measuring 181 square yards with one unit Villa bearing No. 21-D consisting of ground plus one storey constructed thereon, Datari Villas, on Plot of Land bearing Survey No. 13, measuring 6750 square yards, Sheet FT-1 (old No. J 1B/3), Framrose road, Bath Island, Frere Town Quarters, Karachi with its actual, physical, vacant possession to the remaining 12th owner of the remaining 9/23 share in the said property viz Mrs. Parveen Naz widow of Late Farooq Ali Mithani, Muslim, adult, residing at Villa 21-D, Datari Villas, Framrose road, Bath Island, Karachi, who is already in physical possession of and residing in the said property along with her family. Any person/s having any claim over the said property and / or any objection the aforesaid must communicate the same, in writing, by Registered Post A/D and by TCS Courier Service also within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice to the undersigned and also to the Sub-Registrar, T.
