Since the original Declaration and Confirmation of Oral Gift vide Registered at No. 5517 of Book No. I, dated; 27-09-2005 & M.F Roll No. U-93298/2905, dated 06-10-2005 registered before the Sub Registrar T.Div-II(A), Karachi is misplaced / lost, therefore the conveyance deed has been executed on the basis of certified true copy.
