Yards, Saba Avenue, Phase-VI, Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, Karachi, free from all encumbrances, burden, liens, disputes, dues, claims, taxes of whatsoever nature with all original title documents together with peaceful and vacant physical possession from Mrs. Asma Aslam W/o Aslam Pervaiz, holding CNIC No.42101-4752157-6. If any persons / authority having any claim / objection should inform within seven days from the date of publication to the (1). Administrator of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, (2). Military Estate Officer, Karachi Circle, Karachi and (3). Sub-Registrar-I, Clifton Town, Karachi, under registered A/D cover. Failing which all claims shall be deemed to have been waived and legal procedure of purchase will be completed in favour of our client.
