Industrial Plot No. K/52, measuring 5.00 (Five) Acres, Plot No. K/51, measuring 7.00 (Seven) and Plot No. F/105, measuring 8.00 Acres, situated at SITE Nooriabad. Free from all encumbrances, liens, mortgages, dues, bills & charges etc with vacant peaceful possession. Any person, bank, authority having any claim or objection of whatsoever nature should notify the same to Secretary of S.I.T.E Ltd., Manghopir Road, Karachi along with documentary evidence under registered A/D cover / TCS within 07 days from publication hereof failing which claims liens or objections if any shall be deemed to have been waived and transfer of the said property shall be competed in favour of my client.
