I, M. Saeed Akhtar S/o Mian Mohammad Abdullah, R/o 14-A/I, North Central Avenue, Phase I, DHA, Karachi, had received an amount of Rs. 1,440,000/- (rupees fourteen lac forty thousand only) from Saleem Dawood (CNIC No. 42301-7396086-5) as advance / token money for the sale of my Plot No. 43-C, Muslim Commercial Street 1, Phase VI, DHA, Karachi, for a total sale consideration of Rs. 14,400,000/- (rupees one crore forty four lac only). However due to unforeseen circumstances / force majeour the deal could not further materialize and as a result both the parties (buyer and seller) decided to rescind / cancel the deal and a sum of Rs. 1,440,000/- (rupees fourteen lac forty thousand only) has been paid back to the buyer and the deal stands cancelled. It is for the information of general public that M. Saeed Akhtar is the sole owner of the above mentioned plot and no one else has any authority / power to negotiate / receive advance / settle it.
