DR. Syed Ashfaq Hassan Razvi S/o Syed Altaf Hassan Razvi was the owner of leasehold property Bearing No. 187, Survey Sheet No.3S-P/1, admeasuring 732.00 sq. yds Block 3, Bahaduryar Jung Cooperataitve Housing Society and on in his unfortunate Demise on 02.11.2002 left behind him surviving eight legal heirs including his widow Hamjda Razvi who also expired on 06.11.2011 consequently the following surviving legal heirs of both the deceased namely (1) Syed Farooq Hassan Rizvi (2) Mrs. Ismat Razvi (3) Syed Tahir Hassan Razvi (4) Mrs. Nighat Bano (5) Syed Tariq Hassan Razvi (6) Syed Asim Hassan Razvi and (7) Syed Amir Hassan Razvi have applied for mutation of their names as the Legal heirs of both the deceased.
