Momin Zakaria Adamjee D/o Zakaria Adamjee member of the Society vide membership No. 887 and allottee of Plot No. 34-A-51, measuring 1002 square yards situated in Block "A" of Adamjee Nagar Karachi died on 03/07/2017 she has already on 12/06/2017 executed confirmation of oral gift of the Plot in favour of (1) Mrs. Zaitoon Ashraf Bawany and (2) Mrs. Sher Bano W/o Muhammad Amin and have submitted papers for transfer in society's record. Anybody having any claim / interest in this regard should convey the same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Adamjee Nagar Block "A" Tipu Sultan Road Karachi failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceedings would be completed after the period so notified. Adam A.
