Out of the above named lessee one Mr. Abdul Rasheed (Co-lessee) due to natural love and affection has intended to gift away of his undivided share of the lease hold rights of above-mentioned property in favour of his Wife Mrs. Tehmina Khatoon holding CNIC No. 42101-9222544-0 W/o Mr. Abdul Rasheed (already co-lessee) by way of oral gift under the provision of Muhammadan Law vide Declaration of oral gift dated 03/11/2017. 3.
