WHEREAS i) Mst. Shahana Qureshi (Widow) ii) Mst. Shazia Ali Khan (Daughter) iii) Muhammad Sameer Qureshi (Son) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property bearing Flat No. A-1, (F/F) measuring 900 square feet on Plot No. 11-C, Khayabane Mujahid Phase-V, Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Muhammad Mohiuddin Qureshi S/o Muhammad Moinuddin Qureshi died on 22/12/2012 as per death certificate dated 04/01/2013 on the basis of letter of Administration in S.M.A No. 84 of 2015 dated 04/09/2015, issued by Court of VI-Addl: District Judge, Karachi South who had purchase the said property from Mrs. Bilqis W/o Mr. Shaukat Ali as per Sub-Lease registered as No. 2405, dated 19/05/1991, the entry for which is required to be made in the record of this office. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person/persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his/her/their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B Sarwar Shaheed Road Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
