OUR client has contracted to purchase Flat No. 7, Third Floor, Block C in project Kahkashan Square, located on Sub-plot FL-19/C-7 of Plot FL-19 KDA Scheme No. 5 Kehkashan, Block-5 Clifton Karachi from Mrs. Shaheda Monawwer W/o Mr. Monawwer Ghani having CNIC No. 42301-6674802-2 free from all dues, demands, charges, taxes, encumbrances, mortgages, disputes, litigation, liens, etc., of any nature whatsoever with vacant peaceful physical possession. Any person, bank, authority having any claim or objection if any should notify with documentary evidences to us and Sub Registrar-II Clifton Town Karachi under a registered A/D cover within seven days of this publication, failing which the transaction shall be completed in favour of our client.
