PUBLIC is hereby informed that my client Tariq Haroon son of Muhammad Haroon entered into an agreement for purchase of entire ground floor Plot Survey No. 159, Sheet No. MR-1, measuring 395 square yards, situated at Market Quarters, North Napier Road, Karachi, from 1) Muhammad Amin son of M. Zakaria, 2) Muhammad Fayyaz son of Muhammad Ismail, if any person, banks, or authorities or department have any claim or objections should notify the undersigned and concerned Sub Registrar-II Saddar Town, Karachi, with documentary evidence within seven (7) days from the date hereof, failing which any claim/objection shall be deemed to have been waived and necessary proceedings shall be completed in favour of my client.
