OUR client, Qatar Airways Q.C.S.C. ("our Client") is the lawful owner of and is fully seized and in possession of the following office units in Tower A, Technology Park, Plot No. ST-8, main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi: (i) Ground floor portion measuring 1,008.97 square feet or thereabouts, vide Sub-Lease Deed "dated 02.10.2004, Registration No. 2738, Book 1. Sub Registrar T. Division, 1-A, M.F. Roll No. U-72927 Photo Registrar, Karachi. (ii) Mezzanine floor portion measuring 1,145.05 square feet or thereabouts, vide Sub-Lease Deed dated 02.10.2004, Registration No. 2739, Book 1, Sub Registrar T, Division, I-A, M.F. Roll No. U-72928 Photo Registrar, Karachi and (iii) First floor portion measuring 2,810.19 square feet or thereabouts, vide Sub-Lease Deed dated 02.10.2004, Registration No. 2737 Book 1, Sub Registrar T, Division, 1-A, M.F. Roll No. U-72926 Photo Registrar, Karachi (the "said Properties"). Original title documents for the said Properties were kept at their office at Etimad Trade Center, 17 Davis Road. Lahore, however, the same have been misplaced. Despite diligent efforts to find the same, our Client has been unable to locate the lost title documents. Accordingly, our Client is in the process of obtaining a Certified True Copy ("CTC") of the said title documents from the Photo/Microfilm Sub-Registrar, Karachi. Therefore, any person having any objection in relation to the aforementioned is hereby directed to notify us and the Photo/Microfilm Sub-Registrar, Karachi with documentary evidence in relation thereto and raise it within seven days of this publication, failing which the aforementioned process shall be completed and our Client shall obtain a CTC of the said Property documents.
