INDEPENDENT Power Producer (IPP) is looking for PROJECT FINANCE HEAD. A qualified Project Management Professional ("PMP"), Chartered Accountant / ACCA or MBA with experience working with financial institutions would be preferred. The Candidate to manage project budget, reporting and compliance to respective parties under the project and financing documents, and be the key person for reporting to lenders and shareholder representatives. Ensure financing documents (CTA, SSA, etc.) compliance, ensure payment processes in accordance with agreed waterfall, communicate / prepare reports for facility agents / banks (i.e. disbursement requests, Waiver requests, ongoing reporting requirements), calculate / track contractor prepayments / liquidate damage claims, etc., ensure processes for JVA compliance, manage financial model for lenders and sponsors submission, forecasting of cashflow, budget preparation for submission to third parties, liaising with the owners Engineer ("OE") to monitor progress of EPC and, if not satisfactory calculating penalties, etc. Minimum 5 years experience in financial role at an IPP or in a financial advisory role focused on the power sector.
