MY client has contracted to purchase Plot E-34 measuring One (1) acre situated in North Western Industrial Zone of Port Qasim Authority Karachi from M/S Fine Gas Company Ltd, having Office at 130 Industrial Estate Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, through its Chief Executive Officer Mr. Iftikhar Ahmed S/o Mr. Abdul Hameed holding CNIC No. 42301-1049113-3 , free from all encumbrances, charges, mortgages, dues, taxes, disputes, etc. Any person, bank, authority or any entity having any objection / claim, dues, liens of any kind on this property should notify the undersigned and the Director (I.M), Port Qasim Authority, Karachi along with documentary evidence within 7 days after publication of this notice, failing which any or all claims, objections shall be deemed to have been waived and transfer shall be completed in favour of my client.
