OUR client has contracted to Purchase Flat No. 402, on 3rd Floor, Plot No. WS-02, Block No. 2, Clifton Karachi from Mrs. Parveen Yousufani Wife of Late Fazlullah Yousufani, CNIC No. 42301-3392101-2, free from all dues, charges, encumbrances, disputes, loans with vacant physical possession. Any person, authority, bank having any objection claim should notify to the Sub-Registrar-II, Clifton Town, Karachi and also to us with documentary evidence within 5 days from date hereof failing which any claim whatsoever shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer of the said property shall be completed in favour of our client.
