IT is hereby informed to the General Public, Person / Persons Authorities and all concerned Government, Semi Government Authorities, Organization that we have contracted to purchase a Land measuring 103 Acre 1 Ghunta bearing Survey No. 372/1, 353/1 and 350/1 in Deh Baberbund, Tapo Hathal Bhud, Taluka Thana Bola Khan, District Jamshoro from the successors/ Heirs of late Naeema Masroor daughter of Saleem Ullah Khan and wife of Late Syed Hassan Masroor Zaidi, the Agreement of sale is signed by the successors (1) Syed Shahan Zaidi S/o Syed Hassan Masroor Zaidi (2) Rabia Zaidi D/o Syed Hassan Masroor Zaidi (3) Rafia Zaidi D/o Syed Hassan Masroor Zaidi (4) Salman Zaidi S/o Syed Hassan Masroor Zaidi, all the successors are in a Agreement with this deal and claimed that the Land is free from all claims, charges, liens, burdens, encumbrances of whatsoever nature. Any person, body, bank, Authority Agency or department having any claim, right, charges, lien and objection of whatsoever nature should notify to us with documentary evidence under registered cover / TCS within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice failing which any claim, lien or objection if any deemed to have waived and the transfer of the land/ property shall be completed.
