THIS is to inform all the clients and Creditors of Messrs. Aziz Fida Hussein & Company, Member, Karachi Stock Exchange (now Pakistan Stock Exchange) that our client filed a Suit No. 117 of 2016 against PSX for release of the funds of Messrs. Aziz Fida Hussein & Co which are in possession of PSX, so that the clients and creditors of Aziz Fida Hussein & Co be paid their money and saved from any financial loss. The formula for distribution of money was worked out with consent and by an Order dated 22-01-2019 that Honourable High Court was pleased to direct the Pakistan Stock Exchange to pay the claimants and it was agreed that such payment be made out of available funds on Pro-Rata basis in full and final settlement of each claimant. The claims of the investors / clients shall therefore be paid strictly in accordance with law as agreed on pro-rata basis and such settlement shall be the full and final settlement of each claim and acceptance shall be unconditional and Aziz Fida Hussein & Co will assume no further liability of or from any claimant once they accept the payment on pro-rata basis and all or any liability / liabilities of Aziz Fida Hussein & Co shall stand discharged.
