Any person, bank, authority having any claim right, lien or any objection whatsoever should notify us and Administrator DHA Karachi with documentary evidence under Registered A/D cover within seven days from this publication, failing which any claim, lien or objection shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer of the said property shall be duly completed in favour of our client.
