Saira Bibi Sons and daughters of Habib-Ur-Rehman (late), the owner of Plot No.665, Sector F-5, Phase 6, measuring 7 marla, Hayatabad Peshawar, He has appointed and constitutrd Subhania Bibi w/o Habib-Ur-Rehman (late) through this power of attorney vide deed No. 128, Bahi No. 4 Volume No. 73, dated 16-01-2019. Now, Subhania Bibi wants to transfer the plot through the given attorney, Therefore, if any bank, department, firm or individual has/ have any objection on this transfer, he/it should contact the undersigned with the written proof within 15 days.
