Sura d/o Syed Zain-ul-Din Gillani r/o Bibi Zeyarat Saryab Road Quetta, now present 30 Madras Road United Kingdom London. Whereas in the above mentioned case, it has been proved that the above mentioned Defendant cannot be served in the ordinary way. It is therefore, proclaimed that if the said Defendant will/shall not appear in court at 08:00am on 26-10-2017 the proceeding will be taken ex-parte.
