(1) Zaitoon Ashraf Bawany and (2) Sher Bano W/o Muhammad Amin members of this Society vide Membership Number 887 and allottees of Plot No. 34/51, measuring 1002 sq. yds. situated in Block 'A' of Adamjee Nagar, Karachi, have executed Registered Sale Deed of the Plot in favour of Adnan Lakhani S/o Arif Lakhani and have submitted papers for transfer in Society's record. Anybody having any claim / interest in this regard, should convey the same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary, Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Adamjee Nagar, Block 'A', Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceeding would be completed after the period so notified.
