IT is notified for the information of general public that Property No. 3/2, Survey No. 576/3/B-2, situated at Jinnah Lane, Saddar Road, Peshawar Cantt is held on the name of Mr. Abdul Ahad s/o Haji Mukhtar Ahmed as per Peshawar Cantt Board Record. That, Mr. Abdul Ahad s/o Haji Mukhtar Ahmed has sold 1135.6 sq ft, from the said property to Mr Murad Ali & Usman Ali s/o Haji Gul through Registered document No. 86, Bahi No. 1, Volume No. 78, dated 25/01/2016. Now, Mr. Murad Ali and Usman Ali s/o Haji Gul has filed an application with registry in the undersigned office for the transfer of 1135.6 sq ft from the said property in their own names. Anybody, bank or institute having objection against the proposed transfer of 1135.6 sq ft from the said property may file his / her objection with proof within 15 days from the publication of this notice. Afterward, the transfer shall be made to the above mentioned names and no objection shall be entertained. Cantonment Board, Peshawar Cantt.
