OUR Client has contracted to purchase Industrial Plot No. D-101 (G) measuring 15.00 Acres at SITE Nooriabad from M/s. Iqbal Adamjee Trust through its Authorized Director Mr. Imran Adamjee, Holding CNIC No. 42301-3044366-3, R/o Karachi free from all type of dues, liabilities, litigation, encumbrances, mortgages and charges whatsoever nature. If anyone has any objection regarding the said plot, he should inform the Secretary SITE Ltd, Manghoo Pir Road Karachi with documentary evidence within seven days from the date hereof failing which all claims, objections received thereafter shall be considered as waived and transfer of the above plot shall be completed in favor of our client, Abdul Qadir, Plot No. 7-C, Flat No. 303, Street No. 34, Touheed Commercial, Phase-5, DHA Karachi.
