PUBLIC at large are hereby informed that my client Mr. Asif Querashi S/o Buniyad Ali Querashi booked One Unit Bungalow constructed on Plot No. B-92, measuring 150 sq.yards, Type 'B', Block-4, Chapal Sun City, KDA Scheme-33, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Karachi and the same was allotted to my client by M/s Chapal Builders, however there arose a dispute between my client and one Tariq Mehmood S/o Muhammad Akram and Muhammad Siddique S/o Muhammad Ali, in respect whereof Civil Suit No. 279 of 2014 was filed by said Tariq Mehmood against my client and said Muhammad Siddique, whereas FIR No. 342 of 2014 was also registered by said Tariq Mehmood at P.S. Gulistan-e-Jauher, Karachi. Such civil and criminal cases ended in compromise which were filed before the respective Courts of Law and the same stand disposed off and my client affirms that no litigation is pending against him in respect of said bungalow and no claim is subsisting of any third party, as such my client has approached M/s Chapal builders for execution of lease deed in respect of aforesaid Bungalow, free from all sorts of disputes, litigations, demands, liens, burdens etc and very soon the said property shall be transferred in favour of my client or his nominee(s) before the concerned office / Sub-Registrar.
