WHEREAS, i. Syed Mahmood Ehtishamullah (Husband) ii. Mrs. Meher Ehtisham (Daughter) iii. Mrs. Huma Ehtisham (Daughter) & iv. Omer Ehtisham (Son) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property. bearing Office No. 202, (2nd/F), on Plot No. 1-C, Badar Commercial Street No. 11, Phase-V, Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment Karachi in their favour on the basis of Letter of Administration in S.M.A No. 249 of 2017 dated 20/02/2018, issued by High Court of Sindh at Karachi being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Mrs. Qaisari Ehtisham Ullah W/o Syed Mahmood Ehtishamullah died on 13/07/2016 as per Death Certificate dated 20/07/2016. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his/her/their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
