Asghari Begum, and that the Hon'able High Court of Sindh at Karachi has appointed the applicant Mrs. Perveen Asif as an Administrator in SMA No. 07 of 2016 dated 06-03-2017. I have approached the Society for transfer of the subject plot in the names of all above stated legal heirs. Any person / Agency having any objection or claim over the transfer of Plot No. 8/D should notify to the Honorary Secretary of the Society and Section officer, (EVI) Ministry of Housing & Works Division Islamabad with documentary evidence within seven days from the date of this publication, failing which claim or objection whatsoever shall be treated as null and void and the transfer formalities of Plot No. 8/D, in the names of legal heirs will be completed in all respect.
