Any person / persons, bank, institution, leasing companies, authority or agency having any claim, rights, titles, liens or any objections whatsoever in respect of aforesaid transaction, should notify the undersigned, as well as the concerned Sub-Registrar, and the Defence Housing Authority, along with documentary evidence through courier or under a Registered AD cover within seven days from the publication hereof, failing which all claims, liens or objections, if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer of the said property shall be completed and effected in favour of my client.
