Case Title: Khansa Mukhtar Versus Muhammad Rizwan etc. Notice against: Muhammad Rizwan S/o Khalil Ahmed Cast Butt R/o House No. 376 Street No. 3 Block A Sitara Colony Faisalabad now present out of Country Qatar. Whereas in the above mentioned case it has been proved that the above mentioned defendant cannot be served in the ordinary way. It is therefore proclaimed that if the said defendant will / shall not appear in court at 9:00 am on 7-12-2021 the proceeding will be taken ex-parte.
