WHEREAS, 1. Mst. Noor Ulain (widow), 2. Miss. Saman Qureshi (daughter), 3. Mrs. Saher Quraeshi (daughter) & 4. Miss Shafaq Quraeshi (daughter) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the 50% share of property bearing Bungalow on Plot No. 22-B, East Avenue, Phase-I, measuring 1200 sq.yards, Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour on the basis of Letter of Administration dated 12/10/2020, read with Court Order dated 21/09/2020 and dated 18/01/2021, passed in S.M.A No. 71 of 2020, C.M.A No. 45 of 2021 and C.M.A No. 46 of 2021, issued by High Court of Sindh at Karachi. In the light of Court Order dated 21/09/2020, Salma Irshad & Shehla Nargis Zaheer paternal aunts of the petitioners have been taken out from the Letter of Administration by the Hon'ble High Court of Sindh at Karachi and they have relinquished their respective 20.83% shares in favour of the petitioners vide Relinquishment Deed Registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar-I, Clifton Town Karachi as No. 5381, Book-I, dated 29/12/2021 in favour of remaining legal heirs of (late) Mr. Shad Qureshi who died on 17/07/2019 as per Death Certificate dated 14/08/2019. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property should file his / her / their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the 50% share of property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
