ABDUL WAHID and transfer of five (05) shares valued at Rs.250/- (additional amounting to Rs.250/- total comes to Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred only) as per Rule No.57 (i) of the Sindh Cooperative Societies-Rules 2020) standing in the name of Mr. Saleh Khan Dehraj S/o. Mr. Sikandar Ali Dehraj to be transferred in the name of MR. ARSHAD WAHID S/O. MR. ABDUL WAHID to be the "PRINCIPAL HOLDER". Any person(s), Office, Department & Financial Institution, having any objection/claims against the issuance of NOC for Sale as well as for registration of Conveyance/Sale Deed and transfer of RESIDENTIAL BUNGALOW ON PLOT NO.10-D, BLOCK 'A' SMCH SOCIETY LTD., KARACHI standing in the above said name as well as five shares valued at Rs.250/- (additional amounting to Rs.250/- total comes to Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred only) as per Rule No.57 (i) of the Sindh Cooperative Societies-Rules 2020) standing in the name of Mr. Saleh Khan Dehraj S/o. Mr. Sikandar Ali Dehraj to be transferred in the name of MR. ARSHAD WAHID S/O. MR. ABDUL WAHID to be the "PRINCIPAL HOLDER" should inform the undersigned in writing with proper documentary evidence within fourteen (14) days hereof failing which the needful will be done accordingly after the approval of the Managing Committee and objection/claims, if any shall not be entertained and shall be deemed to have been waived. NOTE:- The said plot is purely "a residential bungalow plot". No bifurcation/sub-division and not any commercial activity is allowed.
