GENERAL public is hereby informed that our client have contracted to purchase a Plot No. 187, Single storied House constructed thereon, measuring 252.77 square yards situated at M/s Ismailia Garden Co-operative Housing Society limited, known as Amynabad, off Martin Road, Karachi and Membership No. 209, Share Certificate No. 209 along with Five Shares bearing Distinctive No. 1000 to 1004 from Mrs. Nargis Bano Wife of Muhammad Hussain, free from all objections, charges, claims, liens, burdens, disputes, suits, litigations, decrees, taxes, duties, levies, liabilities and/or encumbrances of whatsoever nature against a sale consideration with vacant and peaceful physical possession. Any Person / Persons, party, Institution, Authority, Company, Corporation, Co-Operative Society, Firm, KMC, KESC, CDGK, Federal or Provincial Govt. Departments and Autonomous Bodies, Banks and/or Financial Institutions having any claim, dispute, demand, objections liens, etc., of whatsoever nature over the said property should notify the same to M/s Ismailia Garden Cooperative Housing Society limited, known as Amynabad, near PIB colony, Karachi, along with documentary proof within Fifteen Days from this publication through Registered A/D Post, failing which all such claims, objections and demand shall be deemed to have been waived off and the transaction in respect of the aforesaid property shall be completed.
