MY Client has contracted to purchase Residential Open Plot No. 94, measuring 300 square yards, Sector-6, Sub-Sector-D, DHA City, Karachi, from its Owner Mr. Muhammad Ibrahim S/o (Late) Ikbar Ali, Holder of CNIC No. 42401-1722905-3, Resident of Karachi, anyone having any claim, right or share in the said property should notify to DHA Office, Karachi and undersigned, along with documentary evidence under Registered Post with seven days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which claims, lien or objections if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the said property shall be conveyed and transferred in favour of my client.
