I, Muhammad Sajjad Ashraf Son of Muhammad Ashraf, holding CNIC No. 42301-3747472-9, presently residing at Plot No. 4-C, Flat No. 202, Second Floor, 13th Commercial Street, Defence Phase 02, Extension, DHA, Karachi, have lost the Complete Original Property Documents of "Flat No. FF-01, First Floor, Plot No. 3-C, Sunset Lane No. 02, Defence Phase 02 Extension, DHA, Karachi, Bearing Registration No. 3899, Book No. I, dated: 16-10-1994," somewhere, (which was gifted to me from my Father) and N.C. of same incident has been lodged at Police Station Defence, and have also taken out the certified true copy from the Microfilming department at City Court. Now I, Muhammad Sajjad Ashraf Son of Muhammad Ashraf, further gifting the above mentioned property to my Wife.
