PUBLIC at large are hereby informed that my client Mr. Abdul Rehman Punjwani S/o Usman Husein Punjwani and others are the legal and lawful owners in respect of 04 acres of land bearing Plot No. PH-II/6, from K-28, Phase-II, Trans Lyari, situated at Hawksbay Road, Karachi-West, as their deceased father (Late) Usman Husein Punjwani filed and instituted a Civil Suit No. 95 of 2004 against Muhammad Iqbal S/o Muhammad Siddiq before the Hon'ble High Court of Sindh at Karachi, in which my client and others are also parties and the same is pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Court, whereas interim / statusquo order in the said suit has been passed by the Hon'ble Court which was also confirmed vide order dated: 25.04.2005, however certain unauthorised person(s) are trying to alienate and encumbrance the said property on false pretexts, by claiming it under fictitious description and have started bifurcating the same in pieces of one Acre each, in order to create complications for my client. Any person(s), Bank, authority, departments, Government or Semi-Government, institution etc entering in to any transaction in respect of the said property, shall do so the same at their own costs and consequences, which may also result to an action for Contempt of Court and my client shall not be responsible for the same, which please be noted.
