LATE Mst. Amna Bai Wd/o (Late) Haji Mohammad, Member of this Society vide Membership No. 1113 and allottee of Plot No. A/130 Sector 19/A/1, measuring 240 sq yds situated in Scheme-33, Karachi, died on 30/03/2012. Now, her legal heirs namely (1) Mr. Anis Haji Mohammad (Son), (2) Mr. Feroze S/o Haji Mohammad (Son), (3) Mr. Adam Haji Mohammad (Son) and (4) Mrs. Sher Banu (Daughter), have submitted papers for transfer by virtue of inheritance, In Society's record. Anybody having any claim / Interest in this regard, should convey the same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary, Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Adamjee Nagar Block 'A' Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, failing which, no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceedings would be completed after the period so notified.
