IT is declare that Mr. Mrs. Miss (1) Bibi Saliha (2) Babar Hussain (3) Shafqat Hussain Khan (4) Khalida Kamran (5) Saadia (6) Amina Zia (7) Tayyaba Zia S / D / W / Of (Late) Shoukat Hussain Zia is the owner of Plot No. 452 Sector D-2 / Phase 1 measuring 10 Marla / Hayatabad Peshawar PDA have appointed and constituted Tahir Hussain S / D / W of (Late) Shoukat Hussain Zia through this General / Special Power of Attorney vide Deed No. 445 Bahi No. 4 Volume No. 8 Dated 30-4-2009. Now Mr. Mrs. Miss Tahir Hussain transferred the property through the same General / Special Power of Attorney therefore if any Bank, Firm, Institute, Person having objection regarding the transfer of the aforementioned property should contact Housing Officer (Transfer) Hayatabad / PDA, Peshawar with written proof within Fifteen (15) days otherwise the property shall be transferred and will not be accepted any claim excuse afterwards.
