IN the Court of Syed Niaz Shah Assistant Register (Writ) Lahore High Court Bahawalpur Bench. Sikandar Ali Ch Vs Additional District Judge etc. Saeed Rasheed C/o Sikandar Ali House No. 11/12-A Zameen dara Colony, Model Town, Rahim Yar Khan. Whereas above the mentioned case it has proved to the satisfaction of the Court that the above mentioned defendants cannot be served in the ordinary way. If the said defendants will / shall not appear personally or through a duly authorize agent or pleader in this court at 9:00 am on 27-05-2022 the proceedings will be taken ex-parte. No arguments of any nature shall be entertained thereafter.
