Whereas in the above mentioned can it has been proved to the satisfaction of the court that the above mentioned can be served in the ordinary way. It is therefore proclaimed under order 5, rule 20 CPC that od said defendants will / shall not appear personally or though a duly authorized agent or pleader in court at 9:00 am on30-05-2022 the j proceeding will be taken ex-parte against you.
