MY client has contracted to purchase Flat No. B-102, 1st Floor, measuring 2315 Square Feet, in "Saima Springfield Apartments", Sub-Plot No. II in Block-B, Plot No. 18, Sheet FT-3, Situated at Frere Town Quarters, Karachi, free from all disputes, mortgages, with complete vacant possession from its Owner Mrs. Rubina Makhdoom W/o Makhdoom Hassam-Ul-Haq, Holder of CNIC No. 42301-4711898-6, Resident of Karachi, anyone having any claim, right or share in the said property should notify to the undersigned, along with documentary evidence within Seven days, failing which objection if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the said property shall be transferred in favour of my client.
