IT is to notify for Public that Mrs. Zeba Batool Attar W/o Mr. Sultan Muhammad Khan is member of the Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society Limited Karachi and also owner of RESIDENTIAL BUNGALOW ON PLOT NO. 200, BLOCK 'A', MEASURING 600 SQ YDS BEARING CITY SURVEY NO. 225, SITUATED IN SINDHI MUSLIM CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LTD., KARACHI . She has now applied to the Society for issuance of N.O.C. for Sale as well as for registration of Conveyance / Sale Deed in favour of Intending Transferees / Purchasers namely, (1) MR. NAEEM UDDIN S/O MR. NASEER UDDIN (2) MRS. FIRDOUS BEGUM W/O NAEEM UDDIN (3) MR. WASEEM UDDIN S/O MR. NAEEM UDDIN AND (4) MR. NAVEED UDDIN S/O MR. NAEEM UDDIN and transfer of five (05) shares valued at Rs. 250/- (additional amounting to Rs. 250/- total comes to Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) as per Rule No. 57 (i) of the Sindh Cooperative Societies-Rules 2020) standing in the name of Mrs. Zeba Batool Attar W/o Mr. Sultan Muhammad Khan to be transferred in the name of MR. NAEEM UDDIN S/O MR. NASEER UDDIN to be the "PRINCIPAL HOLDER" . Any person(s), Office, Department & Financial Institution, having any objection / claims against the issuance of NOC for Sale as well as for registration of Conveyance / Sale Deed and transfer of RESIDENTIAL BUNGALOW ON PLOT NO. 200, BLOCK 'A' SMCH SOCIETY LTD., KARACHI standing in the above said name as well as five shares valued at Rs. 250/- (additional amounting to Rs. 250/- total comes to Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) as per Rule No. 57 (i) of the Sindh Cooperative Societies-Rules 2020) standing in the name of Mrs. Zeba Batool Attar W/o Mr. Sultan Muhammad Khan to be transferred in the name of MR. NAEEM UDDIN S/O MR. NASEER UDDIN to be the "PRINCIPAL HOLDER" , should inform the undersigned in writing with proper documentary evidence within fourteen (14) days hereof. Failing which the needful will be done accordingly after the approval of the Managing Committee and objection / claims, if any shall not be entertained and shall be deemed to have been waived. NOTE:- The said plot is purely a residential bungalow plot. No bifurcation / sub-division and not any commercial activities or commercial use of residential plot / property is allowed. Construction of any type of Town-houses / Multi-storeyed-building / Flat-site / Clinic / Hospital / Shopping-arcade / Office-premises / Super-market / Commercial-plaza / Showroom / Restaurant / Hotel / Motel / School / Wedding-lawn / Hall / Cinema-hall / Cineplex / Security-company etc is not allowed. The Undertakings for the same have already been submitted by the Transferor and Transferees. In case, if the plot is privately sub-divided / bifurcated, illegal commercial use and / or violation of any clauses of the Undertaking, Allotment Order & Sub-Lease, hence Allotment Order / Mutation Letter / Sub-Lease will stand CANCELLED and the Society shall assume plot.
