IT is to notify for Public that Mrs. Salma Ikram W/o Mr. Ikramul Haq member / owner of Residential Bungalow on Plot No. 194, Block 'B' Measuring 600 Sq. Yds. bearing City Survey No. 356, situated in Sindhi Muslim Co-operative Housing Society Ltd Karachi who had died on 05-07-2017, all the same leaving behind legal heirs i.e. (1) Mr. Ayaz Ul Haq S/o Mr. Muhammad Ikram Ul Haque (son) (2) Mr. Irfan Ul Haque S/o Mr. Muhammad Ikram Ul Haque (son) (3) Mr. Ejaz Ul Haque S/o Mr. Muhammad Ikram Ul Haque (son) (4) Mrs. Shazia Haque W/o Mr. Anwaar Inam Ul Haque (daughter) and (5) Mrs. Sadia Sajjad W/o Mr. Ahmed Sajjad (daughter) all of (Late) Mrs. Salma Ikram W/o Mr. Ikramul Haq have applied to the Society for Transmission / Mutation of the above said Residential Bungalow Plot in their joint names. The Letters of Administration granted by the Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi in favour of Mr. Ayaz ul-Haque S/o Mr. Muhammad Ikram ul-Haque in Succession Misc. Application No. 458 of 2019 vide Orders dated 12-03-2022 of the Hon'able High Court of Sindh Karachi in the matter of an application for Letters of Administration in respect of Estate / Immoveable property of deceased Mrs. Salma Ikram W/o Mr. Ikramul Haq, Under Section 278 of the Succession Act, 1925 to administer the said Property of the deceased and also applied for transmission of five (05) shares valued at Rs. 250/- (additional amounting to Rs. 250/- total comes to Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) as per Rule No. 57 (i) of the Sindh Cooperative Societies-Rules 2020) standing in the name of Mrs. Salma Ikram W/o Mr. Ikramul Haq to be transferred in the name of Mr. Ayaz Ul Haq S/o Mr. Muhammad Ikram Ul Haque to be the Principal Holder. Any person / persons or Financial Institution / Organization having any objection / claims against the Transmission of Residential Bungalow on Plot No. 194, Block 'B' SMCHS Ltd., Karachi in their joint names and five (05) shares valued at Rs. 250/- (additional amounting to Rs. 250/- total comes to Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) as per Rule No. 57 (i) of the Sindh Cooperative Societies Rules 2020) in the name of Mr. Ayaz Ul Haq S/o Mr. Muhammad Ikram Ul Haque to be the Principal holder, shall inform the undersigned in writing along with proper documentary evidence within 14 days hereof failing which the needful will be done after the approval of the Managing Committee and no objection / claims shall be entertained after the said stipulated period of this publication and shall be deemed to have been waived NOTE :- The said plot is purely "a residential bungalow plot". No bifurcation / sub-division and not any commercial use of any type is allowed. Construction of any type of Town-houses / Multi-storeyed-building / Flat-site / Office-plaza / Clinic / Hospital / Shopping-arcade / Super-market / Commercial plaza / Showroom / Restaurant / Hotel / Motel / School / Wedding-lawn / Hall / Cinema-hall / Cineplex / Security-company etc. is not allowed. The Undertakings for the same has already been submitted by the Legal heirs of (Late) Mrs. Salma Ikram W/o Mr. Ikramul Haq. In case, if the plot is privately sub-divided / bifurcated and / or violation of any clause of the Undertaking the Allotment Order / Mutation Letter / Sub-Lease will stand Cancelled.
