ABDUL Ghaffar Mehanti S/o Yousuf member of this Society vide Membership Number 781 and allottee of Plot No. 34-A/314, measuring 200 sq. yds. situated in Block 'B' of Adamjee Nagar, Karachi, have executed Registered Sale Deed of the Plot in favour of (1) Muhammad Shezad and (2) Muhammad Farooq out of two one Muhammad Shezad died on 13-11-2016 and his legal heirs namely (1) Yasmeen Bano (Widow) (2) Ahmed Shezad (Son) (3) Muhammad Bumbia (Son) and (4) Muhammad Hasham have requested for their Share in their Father Sahre Now the transfers have requested to transfer the property in favour of (1) Mr Muhammad Farooq (50%) Undivided Share and remaining 50% in favour of Legal Heirs of Muhammad Shezad (2) Mst Yasmeen Bano (Widow), (3) Ahmed Shezad (Son) (4) Muhammad Bumbia (Son) and (5) Muhammad Hasham (Son) have submitted papers for transfer in Society's record. Anybody having any claim / interest in this regard should convey the same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary, Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Adamjee Nagar, Block 'A' Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceeding would be completed after the period so notified.
