(1) Muhammad Amin Khanani S/o Kassim and (2) Kasim S/o Muhammad members of this Society vide Membership Number 839 and joint allotees of Plot No. 34-A/86, measuring 298 sq. yds., situated in Block 'A' of Adamiee Nagar, Karachi, in above two allottees one Kassim S/o Muhammad has expired on 10-08-2013. His only son is legal heir. Now this plot will remain only in the name of Muhammad Amin Khanani and have submitted for transfer in Society's record. Anybody having any claim / interest in this regard, should convey the same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Adamjee Nagar, Block 'A' Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceeding would be completed after the period so notified.
