OUR client has contracted to purchase from MRS. HAMEEDA WIFE OF MUSHTAQ ALI, holding CNIC No. 42201-0320883-2 her Residential Flat Premises bearing No. G/1, on the ground floor, measuring about 1500 square feet constructed on Plot No. 32/271, Survey Sheet No. 35-P/1 measuring 598 square yards, situated at Dawoodi Bohra Co-operative Housing Society Limited (Shabbirabad) Karachi with 1/6th undivided share in the Plot of Land; hereinafter referred to as the "Property" free from all claims, demands, disputes, litigation, mortgages, outstanding dues and charges with delivery of vacant and peaceful possession and transfer of title. Any person or persons, banks / financial institutions, authority or agency having any objection with regard to sale / purchase / transfer of the aforesaid Property should intimate the same in writing to us, with documentary evidence at the following address, within seven (7) days of publication of this Public notice, failing which the sale and transfer shall be completed, treating objections of any kind of whatsoever nature as waived and given-up.
