OUR client has contracted to purchase 50% undivided share of Residential Land Bearing No. 74/1, 11th Commercial Street, measuring 300 Square Yards, with double story Bungalow constructed thereon, situated in Phase-IV, Pakistan Defence Housing Authority, Karachi, through Dreamz Corporation from Mrs. Zakia Shujah Wife of Muhammad Shujah-Ul-Islam, National Identity Card No. 42101-8277297-8, resident of Flat No. B-23, Al-Hamira Palaces, Shahadman Town, Sector-14-B, North Nazimabad, Karachi, free from all encumbrances. Any person, Bank, Authority having any claim, dues, liens, objection, over this property should notify to us and to the Sub-Registrar-1 Clifton Town with documentary evidence through registered A.D. within seven (7) days, after the publication of this notice.
