IT Is notify to all concerned that I Mrs. Shamim Sayeed W/o Mr. Muhammad Ali Sayeed, has gifted my residential leased Plot No. 17/D measuring 877 sq yds M.A.M.C.H. Society Karachi, to my real sons 1) Mr. Sayeed Imran 2) Mr. Sadeq Sayeed Sons of Mr. Muhammad Ali Sayeed, and executed Registered Gift Deed No. 1381 dated 16-10-2018 in their favour. Any person / Agency having any objection or claim should notify to the Honorary Secretary of the Society and Section officer, (EVI) Housing & Works Division Islamabad with documentary evidence within 7 days from the date of this publication, failing which claim or objection whatsoever shall be treated as null and void and the Gift Mutation formalities of my Plot No. 17/D, will be completed in favour of my sons 1) Mr. Sayeed Imran 2) Mr. Sadeq Sayeed and no claim will be entertained.
