MY client has entered into agreement of sale for purchasing plot No: 394/A, Survey Sheet No. GRE measuring 490 sq.yards Britto Road, Garden East Quarters Karachi along with all of its rights, claims, shares, interests and other benefits with Mr. Mehboob Ali S/o Karim CNIC No. 42201-0549675-5, free from all encumbrances, claim, litigation, dues whatsoever. Any person, authority having claim, objection should notify the undersigned in writing with documentary proof within 8 years failing wherein the said deal shall be got finalized and no objection, claim shall remain any or its consideration.
