Saba Bibi holding CNIC No. 42501-1443521-8 all Muslims, adults, daughters of Syed Ahmed Shah R/o Syed Muhalla, Murad Memon Goth, District Malir Karachi, do hereby say that you both 1) Mr. Akbar Khan S/o Amjad Khan 2) Muhammad Akmal S/o Muhammad Afzal Aasi have made two different General Power of Attorney vide Nos. 1072 & 1073 on our behalf in respect of our agricultural lands total measuring 6 acres 5 Ghuntas, situated from Survey No. 425, Deh Malh Tapo Darsano Chino, Taluka & district Malir Karachi, acquired by virtue of (Deh Jo Form VII) vide Serial No. 689 dated 29-03-2018 on your name without our consent. Now, therefore, we, hereby give notice to you that we, being sound mind revoke and rescind the above said both power of attorney as such all powers and authority granted fraudulently to you both 1) Mr. Akbar Khan 2) Muhammad Akmal under the power of attorneys are hereby terminated with immediate effect.
