Limited through its Chief Executive Mr. Mian Pervez Akhter, S/o Mian Muhammad Rafique Anwar vide Conveyance Deed, duly Registered in the office of Sub-Registrar-III, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town, Karachi, vide Registration No. 1445, dated 16-08-2011, copied under M.F. Roll No: U-65418/7338, Photo-Registrar, Karachi, dated 22.09.2001 by M/s. Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited ("Bank"). Now the Bank through its authorized Officers (i) Fuzail Abbas S/o Husein Ali, holding C.N.I.C. No. 42000-0447276-7, (ii) Syed Hasan Ali Kazmi S/o Syed Hamid Zafar-ul-Kazmi, Muslim, adult, holding C.N.I.C. No. 42000-0376748-1 is mutating the said Plot from Darulaman Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Karachi and thereafter from Karachi Co-operative Housing Societies Union Ltd., in its favour, which is free from all kind of encumbrances, detriments, mortgage, charge, burdens, dues. If any person(s), Bank(s), Financial Institution(s) or Loan given Agency(s) have any claim(s) / objection(s), will have to inform the above Society Offices, within seven (7) days from the date hereof along with documentary evidence, otherwise no claim or objection of whatsoever shall be accepted and the said Plot shall be transferred / mutated, in favour of the said Bank.
